Digitalization, E-Commerce & Green Deal – solutions for today’s challenges delivered by Women in Supply Chain
In order to achieve better productivity, profitability and to keep sustainability projects on track the supply chain industry desperately needs highly professional women in leadership positions. Women make up 40 percent of the workforce in supply chain organizations, yet only 15 percent of these firms have female representation at the executive levels. Do we see differences in the approach between Western and Eastern Europe? How to maximize growth opportunities in the right way? Are mentoring programs, networking opportunities and flexible work policies that emphasize work-life balance the key to success? In our panel we discuss with leading women in supply chain actual solutions for the challenges in the industry and how to generate a positive difference and impact for the whole industry.
