Michaela Svrckova is managing director of MSC and Medlog, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Mediterranean Shipping Company is an Italo-Swiss shipping company and the largest container shipping line. Michaela onboarded this adventure in 2002. During her journey, she had opportunities to go through various departments and responsibilities. It gave her a good global understanding of the industry but as well a knowledge of in depth challenges and the ability to improve local organization. This was crucial to accompany and structure the local growth during the past years, and to achieve successful set up with the developments of multimodal services in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Michaela traits and focus are dynamism, passion about work, leadership, development of the people, creation of new ways to address market and to create new opportunities.
