BNSF Railway has announced an enhancement to its intermodal service connecting Phoenix, Arizona, with the Dallas–Fort Worth region in Texas. The updated offering provides faster transit times and more frequent departures, giving customers a more reliable and flexible alternative to long-distance road transport.

The improved connection supports the growing demand for freight transportation between two of the fastest-expanding markets in the southwestern United States. It will help shippers move cargo more efficiently while benefiting from the cost and environmental advantages of intermodal rail.

The service forms part of BNSF’s broader strategy to expand its intermodal network, improve supply-chain reliability, and attract more freight from road to rail. It also strengthens Phoenix’s connectivity with BNSF’s major Alliance Intermodal Facility in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
