CEVA Logistics to Manage PepsiCo’s Cooler Operations Across Türkiye

CEVA Logistics has signed a nationwide contract with PepsiCo Türkiye to manage the complete lifecycle of the company’s cooler equipment located at points of sale across the country.
Under the agreement, CEVA aims to maintain and refurbish approximately 20,000 coolers annually. Its responsibilities include periodic maintenance, equipment repairs, malfunction management, on-site technical support and the refurbishment of units that have reached the end of their operational life.
Dedicated technical teams will provide rapid on-site assistance to keep the coolers operating efficiently and minimise service interruptions. CEVA will combine field management, technical service coordination, reverse logistics and asset lifecycle management within one integrated operational model.
Coolers that cannot be repaired on site will be transported to CEVA’s refurbishment centres, where their technical and mechanical components will be restored before the equipment is returned to service.
Through this circular economy approach, CEVA can extend the lifespan of individual coolers by up to 10 years, helping PepsiCo reduce the need for new equipment, lower its carbon footprint and improve resource efficiency.
