ECS Group’s Globe Air Cargo France is working closely with All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) to strengthen NCA’s position in the French air cargo market following the integration of the two Japanese carriers’ cargo networks. Acting as a single point of sale in France, Globe Air Cargo aims to improve capacity utilization, increase market visibility and streamline commercial processes for customers.
The partnership is expected to support NCA’s growth ambitions over the next 6 to 12 months through stronger customer engagement, improved load factors and expanded market coverage. According to ECS Group, the integration of ANA’s passenger network with NCA’s freighter operations creates a broader offering for shippers, providing access to more destinations, greater capacity and a wider range of cargo solutions through a single commercial interface.
Globe Air Cargo France already operates a dedicated ANA Cargo team focused on strategic industry sectors such as aerospace, pharmaceuticals, automotive and high technology. Through the integration with NCA, the company is also expanding its focus to include oversized cargo, Cargo Aircraft Only shipments and other specialized high value commodities.
NCA operates five weekly Boeing 747-8F freighter services from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to Japan via Amsterdam or Frankfurt. The airline also provides regular cargo connections to key Asian markets including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok, Singapore and Taipei, offering French exporters and importers extensive access to Asia’s major manufacturing and consumption hubs.
Digitalization is another key element of the collaboration. Globe Air Cargo France is leveraging ECS Group’s digital tools, including CargoAi and SkyPallet, to provide real time capacity visibility, instant quote to booking capabilities and improved capacity optimization. The technology driven approach is designed to enhance operational efficiency while simplifying cargo booking and management processes for customers.
The cooperation highlights the growing importance of strategic partnerships and digital solutions in the air cargo industry. By combining ANA’s passenger network, NCA’s freighter capacity and Globe Air Cargo France’s local market expertise, the partners aim to strengthen cargo connectivity between France and Asia while delivering greater flexibility, visibility and service quality to shippers across key trade lanes.
