HubBox secures £6m investment to expand global out of home delivery network

HubHub has successfully raised £6 million in growth funding, securing strong backing to advance its mission of making out-of-home (OOH) delivery the default choice for e-commerce. The round was led by Puma Growth Partners, a renowned growth capital investor supporting high-potential scale-ups.

This new investment will fuel HubHub’s expansion across the UK, Europe, Japan, and the United States, while also strengthening partnerships with courier networks and enabling more retailers worldwide to adopt OOH delivery options.


A Mission Born from Real-World Delivery Challenges


HubHub was founded to tackle two major pain points in online retail:

  • Missed home deliveries, and

  • The growing need for convenient, flexible pickup alternatives.


Its technology integrates seamlessly with over 1,000 retail systems, allowing merchants to offer local pickup points directly at checkout. This approach increases successful delivery rates, reduces operational strain for couriers, and significantly enhances customer satisfaction. Today, HubHub supports thousands of global retailers—including renowned brands like Gymshark, Selfridges, Macy’s, Gap, and Birkenstock.


Collaboration at the Core


HubHub’s model is built on close cooperation with leading courier companies such as UPS, DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, Asendia, and PostNord. Through the company’s unique Funded License Program, couriers sponsor access to HubHub’s software for retailers, dramatically accelerating market adoption and making the solution one of the most widely used OOH platforms in the industry.


Meeting the Needs of a Rapidly Growing Market


The OOH delivery sector is expanding rapidly—from $29 billion in 2024 to an expected $54 billion by 2030. Yet, fewer than 1% of retailers currently provide a pickup option at checkout. HubHub aims to close this gap by offering retailers and couriers a scalable, efficient, and consumer-friendly pickup ecosystem—driving the future of sustainable, flexible, last-mile delivery.
