Adrian Yafar
Adrian’s career in international logistics and foreign trade reflects a 360° journey across the industry. He began on the front lines of air cargo operations, gaining essential technical knowledge and rigor. Building on this foundation, he founded a freight forwarding agency, learning firsthand the importance of team building, strategic alliances, and comprehensive business management.
Adrien then advanced to strategic leadership roles in large corporations, overseeing high-volume operations and optimizing supply chains at scale. Along the way, he discovered that true innovation comes from human connection—trust, collaboration, and networks are his most valuable assets.
This conviction inspired him to create ADNLogistico Network, a platform that combines technical expertise with collaboration to drive growth across Latin America’s logistics sector.
Adrian, what has led you to create ADNLogistico?
The creation of ADNLogistico is the answer to a strategic gap I identified throughout my career. The logistics and foreign trade sector often prioritizes short-term transactions and immediacy, leaving aside the value of collaboration and human capital.
My experience showed me that in an interconnected industry where we are all a single link in the chain, success is not individual. Sustainable growth is built on trust, long-term relationships, and the ability of people to collaborate and share knowledge.
ADNLogistico Network emerged as the solution to this need. It's a platform designed for leaders who understand that the future of our industry lies in synergy, continuous education, and the development of alliances that transcend daily urgency. That's why the name ADN (logistics DNA) is no coincidence; it reflects my deep conviction that the industry and its professionals are intrinsically connected.
What is the mission of your project?
The mission of ADNLogistico is to create a collaborative ecosystem that goes beyond the conventional. We have designed a space that includes all key players in the supply chain, mainly freight forwarders, customs brokers, bonded warehouses, insurance companies, and independent consultants.
Our goal is to establish synergies at a higher level, creating a meeting point where all operators can learn from industry leaders and understand the real scope of their functions. In essence, we seek to strengthen the industry through trust, collaboration, and professional development, demonstrating that growth in foreign trade is the result of the unity and teamwork of all its links.
What is the value added for the WOF community, and how can they reach out?
For the WOF community, ADNLogistico Network is the strategic bridge to the Latin American logistics market. Our added value is not limited to promotion. We also offer direct access to a select network of leaders and companies with a deep knowledge of the regional market.
This way, members of the WOF community will be able to identify business opportunities and alliances with reliable partners on the continent, receive first-hand market insights to understand the regulatory, economic, and operational complexities of each country, and last but not least, gain a certain strategic visibility by presenting themselves to a community focused on foreign trade.

Adrien, you are based in Argentina. What is your perspective on the status of Argentina's situation when it comes to the international movement of goods?
Argentina is in a period of significant economic transformation. Although this context presents challenges that demand agility and adaptability, it is also creating new and valuable opportunities for the sector. We are witnessing a resurgence in foreign trade, with notable growth in sectors such as agro-industry, energy, and lithium exports, which position the country as a strategic global player.
For us, this is the time to focus on strategic connections and to provide our members with the tools to capitalize on these opportunities. Our role is to be the bridge that connects logistics operators in Argentina with the WOF community, providing precise information on market trends and facilitating access to reliable partners on the continent. Our added value is to be a business facilitator who ensures that, even in a context of change, the growth and opportunities for members remain a priority.
