Shippo, a leading shipping platform for e-commerce brands and marketplaces, today introduced Shippo MCP (Model Context Protocol), an AI-driven platform designed to automate complex shipping workflows. By translating natural-language prompts into real shipping actions—such as rate comparisons, label generation, returns, and customs documentation—Shippo MCP helps businesses streamline operations, reduce manual work, and improve customer experience.
