Turkish Cargo has introduced TK AUTO, a new specialized logistics product designed to meet the time-critical and sensitive transportation requirements of the global automotive industry. The solution was unveiled during the Air Cargo China exhibition and expands the carrier's portfolio of value-added cargo services.

TK AUTO is divided into two dedicated service categories: TK AUTO PART and TK AUTO FINISHED. TK AUTO PART focuses on the rapid and reliable transportation of critical automotive components, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, airbags, and electric vehicle equipment. Shipments under this service receive priority loading to help manufacturers maintain uninterrupted production and support aftermarket operations.

TK AUTO FINISHED has been developed for the transportation of finished passenger vehicles, electric vehicles, prototype and test cars, luxury automobiles, as well as motorcycles, ATVs, Sea-Doos, and Ski-Doos. The service includes customized loading plans, expert handling teams, secure storage through Turkish Cargo's LUXE service, and enhanced operational control supported by digitalized processes, ensuring greater protection for high-value vehicles throughout the transport chain.

Commenting on the launch, Ali Türk, Chief Cargo Officer at Turkish Airlines, said the new product was created to address the automotive industry's diverse operational requirements. He noted that the combination of digital booking capabilities, specialized operational teams, and dedicated handling procedures enables Turkish Cargo to support production continuity while providing customers with improved shipment visibility and reliable transportation solutions.

With the introduction of TK AUTO, Turkish Cargo aims to strengthen its position in automotive logistics by offering end-to-end air cargo solutions that combine speed, reliability, and operational transparency. Leveraging its extensive global flight network, modern cargo infrastructure, and expertise in handling specialized shipments, the airline intends to support automotive manufacturers and suppliers with tailored logistics services from production to final delivery.
