Warehouse automation company Mecalux will present new robotics and storage technologies at IntraLogisteX 2026, one of the largest intralogistics exhibitions in the United Kingdom. The event will take place on 18–19 March 2026 in Birmingham and will focus on high-throughput logistics operations and digitally integrated warehouse environments.

The company will showcase the AMR 1500 Pallet Conveyor, an autonomous mobile robot capable of transporting pallets weighing up to 1,500 kilograms. The robot includes an integrated chain conveyor system that enables automated pallet transfer between conveyors, production lines, and storage systems without manual handling.

Additional robotics solutions include the AMR 100 Box, designed to move bins, totes, and parcels in order-picking environments, and the AMR 600 Rack, which transports entire shelving units to operator workstations in goods-to-person picking systems. These technologies reduce walking distances for workers and increase picking productivity in warehouses.

Mecalux will also demonstrate its 3D Automated Pallet Shuttle, a high-density storage system using autonomous shuttles that move pallets horizontally and vertically inside racking structures. This design increases storage density and improves throughput in large distribution centres and manufacturing warehouses.

Alongside physical automation systems, the company will present updates to its Easy WMS warehouse management software, which now includes a generative-AI module called Easy AI. The system allows operators to interact with warehouse data through a conversational interface, helping logistics managers monitor inventory, prioritize tasks, and make faster operational decisions.

Industry experts from Mecalux will also host a conference session titled “Flexible Storage & Automated Systems,” discussing how robotics, automation, and intelligent warehouse software can help companies manage complex inventories and large SKU portfolios in modern logistics facilities.
