Colis Privé Expands European Last-Mile Network with Paack Acquisitions

Colis Privé, a subsidiary of CEVA Logistics, has completed the acquisitions of Paack Iberia and Paack France, strengthening its position in the European last-mile delivery market.
The transaction reinforces Colis Privé’s existing network in France while marking its entry into Spain and Portugal, two important and fast-growing e-commerce markets. Approximately 490 employees will join Colis Privé as part of the acquisitions.
Paack Iberia and Paack France specialize in last-mile parcel delivery for the e-commerce sector, offering technology-driven home and out-of-home delivery solutions. The acquisition supports Colis Privé’s broader strategy to develop a strong pan-European last-mile delivery platform.
Following the transaction, Colis Privé will operate 82 sites across the Iberian Peninsula, including 61 partner distribution centers, 21 hubs and cross-docks, as well as more than 5,000 active pickup points. In France, Paack’s six locations will further complement Colis Privé’s nationwide distribution network.
The expansion represents another important step in Colis Privé’s European growth strategy, allowing the company to support international e-commerce customers with an increasingly extensive last-mile network across key European markets.
