Antwerp Global Shipping and Neele Vat announce strategic partnership

Antwerp Global Shipping and Neele Vat have officially entered into a strategic partnership that will strengthen their position in the Port of Antwerp and expand their international logistics capabilities.
Under the agreement, effective from May 19, 2026, Neele Vat Logistics will acquire a strategic stake in Antwerp Global Shipping. Both companies stated that the partnership combines AGS’s strong local expertise and customer focused approach with Neele Vat’s extensive international logistics network and operational infrastructure.
According to the announcement, Antwerp Global Shipping will continue operating independently while benefiting from Neele Vat’s broader global network, expanded transport capabilities, and additional logistics expertise.
The cooperation is expected to strengthen services across air freight, sea freight, customs operations, and warehousing. Neele Vat currently operates in more than 20 countries, employs over 1,700 people, and offers more than 450,000 square meters of storage capacity across the Benelux region.
Both companies emphasized that the partnership aims to create long term growth opportunities, improve service capabilities, and deliver greater value for customers through a stronger and more globally connected logistics platform.
