"We are delighted that another well-established logistics operator has decided to become part of the tenant community at MLP Bucharest West. This decision reinforces the effectiveness of our growth strategy, which is centered on delivering modern, sustainable warehouse solutions in prime logistics locations. Welcoming a new tenant to our park is an important milestone in further strengthening MLP Group’s presence on the Romanian market. With its strategic location and advanced environmental and technical standards, the expanding facility offers an ideal environment for the growth of our partners’ logistics and distribution operations" says Olga Melihov, Chief Country Officer Romania at MLP Group S.A.
MLP Bucharest West is located in the most popular warehouse region in Romania. Its position near the ring road in the north-western part of Bucharest, in the Chitila district, offers optimal conditions for distribution and logistics operations. MLP Bucharest West is a Class A industrial and logistics project. It is being developed on an 18.8-hectare plot and will ultimately deliver 99,000 sqm of warehouse space, featuring numerous amenities and excellent surrounding road infrastructure. The facilities within the MLP Bucharest Westpark meet the highest environmental standards and are undergoing BREEAM certification.
In line with its “build & hold” strategy, MLP Group retains ownership of its logistics parks after construction and manages them independently. All projects developed by the Group are also distinguished by highly attractive locations and dedicated tenant support throughout the entire lease term.
